Dear Neighbors,
In the spirit of early gobbles and gratitude, Team Price has been out in the community spreading Thanksgiving cheer. This season, more than 4,000 turkeys were provided to families across District 9 through our Annual CD 9 Operation Gobble.
Our staff has also been hard at work hosting a series of festive senior luncheons at the Theresa Lindsay Senior Center, the Estelle Van Meter Multipurpose Center, and other neighborhood sites.
Separately, we partnered with organizations like All Peoples Community Center, South Central LAMP, Soledad Enrichment Action (SEA), L.A.U.R.A., Volunteers of America, and others to support additional holiday efforts taking place throughout District 9.
Altogether, our slew of activities have reached dozens of churches, schools, recreation centers, and community groups across South Central, each one helping make the season a little brighter for our families.
As we head into the holidays, Team Price remains committed to showing up for our neighbors and uplifting the families that make District 9 such a special place.
