CD9 Business Resource Center
The Business Resource Center (BRC) operates similarly to an information clearinghouse, leveraging and developing relationships with existing business development and technical assistance service providers to bring their resources, training and services to our South Los Angeles community. Located within the Office of Councilmember Price, the BRC aims to provide local and easy access for our small business community to thrive.
With the support of engaged partners, we are seeing local business owners gain greater access to capital, one-on-one counseling and group training on a myriad of subject matters, including marketing and branding, social media and business plan development. Additionally, the BRC is able to assist existing and incoming business into the 9th District with navigating City departments and programs.
You can reach us at (323) 846-2651 or e-mail BRC Executive Director Mike Castillo at Mike.Castillo@lacity.org.
