Located in University Park, this 137-unit affordable housing complex offers one- to five-bedroom apartments with upgraded units featuring renovated bathrooms, kitchens and appliances. With a focus on building a safe and thriving community, the gated building also offers special residential services, including morning coffee socials, after-school tutoring, holiday events, and more.
To be eligible, applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least twice the monthly rent (except for voucher holders); all income must be below 60 percent of the AMI for Los Angeles County.
