Co-presented by Councilmember Price, the Los Angeles City Council approved Heather Hutt to be appointed as Councilmember for the 10th District for the remainder of the unexpired term, as that office had been rendered vacant. For the last six months, Councilwoman Hutt has led her community with compassion, courage, grace and urgency. As part of his remarks, the Councilman added that Councilwoman Hutt has represented the community well by housing the unhoused, addressing public safety and ensuring her constituents receive the services they need.
