On Tuesday, the Los Angeles City Council unanimously approved the $50,000 reward motion to find the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of 16-year-old Tioni Theus. The reward motion was introduced by Councilmember Price and his colleague Councilmember Marqueece Harris-Dawson. Tragically, Tioni was found shot in the neck after drivers reported seeing her body along the southbound 110 Freeway in Los Angeles. Click here for the reward motion.
