On Wednesday, the City Council authorized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to fund and construct up to $30 million in necessary improvements for the City’s right-of-way for the Rail to Rail Corridor Project with Los Angeles County Metropolitan Authority (Metro). The MOU, initiated by a motion introduced by Councilman Price, will allow Metro to complete the Rail to Rail segment that spans 5.6 miles in length.
