A little rain did not deter thousands of Angelenos from walking and rolling through our South LA streets during the final CicLAvia of the year, held on Sunday, Dec. 4.
Throughout the event, participants cruised up and down Historic Central Avenue from Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard to Watts, imagining a car-free South Los Angeles. Whether biking, walking, running, skateboarding, or even hula hooping, fun was had by all.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by one of our two CicLAvia hubs, including a special activation at Councilman Price’s District Office where we hosted a resource fair, danced the day away and handed out special edition water bottles to commemorate the event. Check out the photos here for images from this day.
