Councilmember Price adjourned the Oct. 2 City Council meeting in memory of baby Luna, a four-month-old girl who died in late September after being found in the Pueblo del Rio community.
Councilman joined with local moms to bring neighbors together for a vigil in Luna's memory and a healing circle, offering community members a place to talk and find comfort and support.
