The Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) Public Counter Services provides information on the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO), the Just Cause for Eviction Ordinance (JCO), eviction protections, landlord-tenant disputes, unsafe living conditions, and other housing-related laws and resources available to residents.
